You're able to search property listings using keyword tags (eg. four bedrooms, KLCC,
LDP or Tugu Negara).
Properties listed on propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal are all tagged with the relevant keywords.

No. Our service through propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal is FREE to everyone. However some
of the features require you to be registered as a community member. back to top
why do I have to be a registered community member?
Some of the comprehensive features require the authenticity of the person who is
going to use it and uses SMS as the tool.
Community members wishing to access these features are required to register their
Malaysian MyKad No. or International Passport No. as well as their mobile number.

We list properties submitted by any community member as well as from the licensed real estate agency firms who participate in propertrack.com's

No. We're not a real estate agency firm and we don't charge any real estate commissions

what is included in each of the property listings?
Every property listed on propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal includes property photographs,
a property summary, the property's live location map as well as a downloadable property

what is a property brochure?
Every individual property listing will include a branded colour brochure. The property
brochure will assist you as the potential buyer to visualise the property prior

how do I get the property brochure?
The digital version (in pdf format) of the property brochure is available
here for unlimited downloads and the colour printed version is made available for consumers who walk in to the Kuala Lumpur Retail Property

what is the Kuala Lumpur Retail Property Centre (KLRPC)?
The KLRPC is an exclusive retail outlet in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city centre
to provide a retail environment for consumers in their search to both buy and sell
properties.
The KLRPC showcases in excess of 3,800 properties at any one time using a point

what is the point of display (POD) system?
At the KLRPC, consumers are able to browse properties displayed using property CV's
on a specially designed POD system by area and by price which fit their budget and

what is a property CV?
The property CV is a printed version of the property listing displayed on the POD
at the KLRPC. back to top
where is the KLRPC located?
The KLRPC is nestled right in the heart of the prime tourist and shopping district
merely a stone’s throw away from Kuala Lumpur Convention and Exhibition Centre
(KLCC). The KLRPC location map can be

how do I get to KLRPC?
As a commuter, you can either use the KL Monorail (alight at Raja Chulan Station,
walk passed Wisma Genting, Wisma Cosway to the UOA Centre) or use the LRT-Kelana
Jaya Link (alight at KLCC Station, walk to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre/Aquaria
and cross the road directly in front of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre main
entrance to the UOA Centre).
If you are using your own transport or perharps a taxi, drive to Jalan Pinang from
the Jalan P Ramlee (either via the Beach Club or the KLCC/Public Bank crossroads)
towards Jalan Bukit Bintang/Jalan Kia Peng. There is ample parking available at
the UOA Centre or directly opposite the Hotel Impiana.
You will see the entrance to KLRPC on the corner of the UOA Centre, directly beside

what are the KLRPC opening hours?
The KLRPC is open daily Monday till Friday from 10.00am till 7.00pm, Saturday from 11.00am till 4.00pm and Sunday by appointment, however it is advisable to check
at the propertrack.com portal or call the KLRPC on +603.2163.7223 in case of any

The premium product BLACK is offered at RM2160, the intermediary product, GOLD
is offered at RM960, and the standard product known as CLASSIC is offered at RM540.

can I purchase one of the propertrack.com products and how?
As a property owner you may submit your property for FREE at propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal or at the Kuala Lumpur Retail Property Centre (KLRPC).
The propertrack.com products are available for purchase as the property marketing charge for your property and will be borne by your appointed sole / exclusive licensed real estate agency firm.
OR, you may purchase and pay for in full, one product per property, by visiting the KLRPC.You will then receive a Credit Advice Voucher (CAV) which will then entitle
you to appoint your sole / exclusive licensed real estate agency firm from our list of participating
licensed real estate agency firms. back to top
what is a Credit Advice Voucher (CAV)?
The CAV is a monetary voucher and is only redeemable with participating licensed
real estate agency firms.

firm, what do I do with my CAV?
You've to surrender your CAV to your appointed participating sole / exclusive licensed real

how long does it take to put my property on to the market
at the KLRPC and the propertrack.com portal?
In normal circumstances your appointed sole / exclusive licensed real estate agency firm will
be able to launch your property on to the market within ten (10) working days. back to top
how long will my property be marketed by propertrack.com
for sale?
Your property will be marketed by propertrack.com until SOLD or for 175 days from
the date of the launch (which ever comes first).
You can instruct your sole licensed
real estate agency firm to extend the time frame if your property remains unsold
