1.1: click on 'register' menu on the left top corner of the portal page

1.2: complete the community members registration form and click on 'register' button - you're required to choose 'property negotiator' for registration type

1.4: you'll be redirect to FREE.2.LIST's wall page - now you may proceed with step 2 : verify

1.3: log on to your registered email address email website / application - look for our computer generated email with a title 'Account Activation' sent by 'propertrack.com' - next, click on the verification email link

2.1: select your real estate agency firm's brand - (all agency firm brand are up-to-date as per information available on the LPPEH portal)

2.2: complete your real estate agency firm's contact detail and click on 'update' button - your agency firm's logo will be updated automatically by us upon availability

2.4: your FREE.2.LIST account page successfully created - now you may proceed with step 3 : upload

2.3: you may update your personal profile with your mugshot, mobile no and correspondence address - also you may proceed with mobile registration - by clicking on the 'Edit Info' link in the 'Basic Information' box

3.1: to add your property listing, click on 'add new listing' button underneath the profile section - new listing will be added under 'working list' schedule

3.2: to upload property detail such as property title, photographs, description, address - you may click on 'pencil' icon or on the title link of each listing - you will be redirected to the property detail page

3.4: your property listing is now ready to be marketed - all confirmed property will be listed under 'confirmed list' - after 30 days, you may renew the listing to be listed again for the next 30 days.

3.3: to edit/update your property listing, click on 'edit' button on the top of the property page - by default, we provide you with a sample property listing content as a guide - once you've completely updated all the content - click on 'update' button (we will save your listing under 'working list' till you've confirmed by clicking on the 'confirm' button)
